All photos and videos to be delivered with cloud servers.
Approved projects will be processed for the MAY invoice.
A 50% upfront payment is expected one day prior to the project day.
The remaining balance should be paid after the delivery of videos and photos.
All meal expenses for the team must be covered by the client.
In the event of laser shows that could potentially damage camera sensors, the client agrees to cover all repair costs, as determined and handled by Sony Service.
Transportation costs will be our responsibility.
